Prologis International Park of Commerce boasts the very first speculative industrial development in Northern California's Central Valley with 40-foot clear height. This is "25% higher than the typical 32 feet," according to the Wall Street Journal. Mike Goldstein, Executive Managing Director of Colliers International's Central Valley office explains, "Companies that have a need for the unique clear height are those with an e-commerce and retail distribution component." "Additionally, users are looking for flexibility on their site, and the full 40 foot clear height allows customers to use that additional space for mezzanine and/or racking," says Ryan George, Market Officer of Prologis' Central Valley region.
